Fasir is a prophet who appears from time to time to give the main characters advice or provide plot exposition. He has long white hair and dresses as an elderly blind beggar, wearing rags and a blindfold. (It is not clear whether he actually is blind or whether he just wears the blindfold to hide the fact that he is a cyclops.)

Unlike the Oracle, Fasir's ability to tell the future is limited: sometimes he can see more than one possible future, and sometimes his predictions are wrong. He appears to have other magical powers besides the ability to see the future, but it is unclear how powerful he really is.

Fasir's brother is the evil giant Fashoum, who Fasir defeated approximately a thousand years ago. Fasir is also in love with Mirage, and it is implied that they had a relationship sometime before she became Evil Incarnate.

Voice actor: Ed Gilbert
