Inducks should have the information you need, but it can be kind of confusing, so I'll come back and post a list when I get home. Poke me if I forget! 
After the series AG mentioned Marvel combined all their Disney comics into one, Disney Comic Hits; it had 2 or 3 Aladdin issues. And before either of those there was a two-issue series The Return of Aladdin. (I think of it as an alternate universe where Iago didn't leave Jafar.  There are also the stories in Disney Princess magazine (which might not count as comics) as well as a few other publications in other languages. |

| There were Aladdin comics made just for the gang by marvel (http://www.collectorz.com/connect/comics/disneys-aladdin/), and a few movie adaptation comics for all three films, but pfffffft, can't help you with the Disney Adventures Magazine question |
