I'm just gonna make a new merchandise thread as they seem to be paying a little more attention to us now Laughing

A Genie doll will be at your local Disney Store starting January 8th!

Robin let one get by, snatch him up while you can! Laughing

From The Princess and the Frog. She's one of two characters that'll be remembered in five years, the other being Dr. Facilier Laughing

Saw a Disney alphabet kid book at the dollar store last week. Had Aladdin and Jasmine on the front, and Jasmine had J. "Just Jasmine." And the lamp had one too. I forget which letter it had :/

I've got a Disney alphabet kid book called 'Alice Through The Alphabet', though I like mine as it's got just about every Disney animated character in it, before Princess and the Frog - on the 'J' page for example, besides Jasmine and Jafar, there's another 16 Disney characters.

Grand Jester Aladdin Genie Mini-Bust is an Urban Collector pre-order. Finally freed after ten thousand years of servitude by his friend and master Aladdin, the unabashedly exuberant Genie is decked out for his first vacation in centuries! Look out, universe, here he comes! Aladdin's Genie's bombastic personality and buoyant enthusiasm burst forth from this character-authentic polystone mini-bust designed by Disney animator Ruben Procopia and sculpted by Patrick Romandy-Simmons. Standing 10 1/2' tall, the Genie comes painted and ready to display.

Grand Jester Aladdin Genie Mini-Bust is a pre-order item. May 2012.

They're scaring me with all this Genie merchandise Laughing

And this is out now!

Disney Traditions Princess Jasmine is an Urban Collector pre-order. Jim Shore combines the magic of your favorite Disney characters with traditional American folk art motifs in the Disney Traditions line from Enesco. From the Aladdin series comes Princess Jasmine, her blue flowing dress has a picture of Jasmine and her prince on their magic carpet. Titled 'Shining, Shimmering, Splendid,' the figure is almost 10' high.

Wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but Sir Richard Burton's "Aladdin" is free to download on Amazon. You can read it for free in your browser, your Kindle, or on your smart phone. Smile

GATHER UP YOUR BATTLE ARMOR, KIDS:

IT'S TIME TO FIGHT CRAZY EBAY SHARKS FOR JAFAR MERCHANDISE THIS YEAR Laughing

They haven't announced anything in the collection yet, but given what the princesses got last year, you can probably expect more of the same.

A slight update from last year for Jasmine's doll at the Disney Store along with the 17" singing doll.

Tee for kids. Up to size 10-12

Tee for adults. The seductive pose with that phrase is cracking me up Laughing

Jasmine is never for sell in any of the stores here where I live. Only the other dolls in the set are. Once in awhile Jasmine is available as the Polly Pocket type toy. But no actual Jasmine doll. Sad

Yeah, she's a hard one to come by even when she is in the set. I found that doll at Wal-Mart last month, so you might want to check there!
