Go to File -> Save movie file. Go through that wizard and it will turn your video into something playable.

Your video file is actually not a video.
Its a WMM project file.
What you need to do is export it. Go to file export and their should be a menu that guides you through the rest of the project.

Go to the top of your window.
There sould be a menu called file, click that and then click "save movie file..."
Then it will open a menu to guide you through the project. The end reult will be a file and that is the one you use.
